A bit about me….
Hi, I am Victoria Clarke, I live in Horsham, West Sussex with my two amazing teenagers and our much-loved dog. Life is a constant juggle of family, career, and dog walks, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’m passionate about people, purpose, and potential — and whether I’m leading global talent teams or coaching individuals one-on-one, I’m always driven by connection and growth.
My Career Journey - Built on Connection, Vision, and Purpose
Throughout my career, my drive has always been fueled by a passion for human connection, a desire to inspire others, and an unwavering belief in the potential of individuals — both mine and others’. As an ENFJ, I’ve always felt the pull to lead with empathy and idealism, striving to make a meaningful impact at every step.
The Foundations — London, 2000s
My journey began in recruitment at Michael Page and Robert Walters, where I honed the skills of building strong relationships and understanding what truly drives people. These early years shaped my belief in the power of connection and allowed me to foster the trust that continues to influence my coaching style today.
Strategic Growth — GlaxoSmithKline, PayPal & BSkyB
As I transitioned into corporate resourcing and talent leadership roles, I had the privilege of partnering with senior executives to shape people strategies. During this time, I learned how to translate visionary goals into tangible actions and how to guide teams through periods of change. It became clear to me that leadership is about understanding people’s motivations and empowering them to be their best selves.
Scaling for Impact — Meta & TikTok
At Meta, I scaled early-career and university teams globally, crafting inclusive programs and shaping the future of work. The opportunity to make a global impact was an idealistic dream that I worked hard to bring to fruition. Later at TikTok, I led global Talent Operations, optimizing our recruitment approach while ensuring that we delivered at scale with heart and authenticity.
Turning Inward — Coaching and Purpose
As I moved through complex global environments, I found myself increasingly drawn to individual transformation. I began my Postgraduate Diploma in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School, driven by a desire to create space for others to discover their potential. Coaching allows me to return to my roots: helping people find clarity, build confidence, and embrace their growth journey.
A Personal Note:
Through every phase of my career, I’ve learned that while idealism can sometimes lead to disappointment, it’s also the spark that keeps me pushing for something better — both for myself and those I serve. As a coach, my goal is to walk alongside others on their path, offering guidance, support, and inspiration so that they too can step into their full potential.
